Caleb's Cinnamon Ginger Cookies


Caleb's Cinnamon Ginger Cookies (Makes about 2 dozen cookies)
    
 Dry ingredients


1 cup of tapioca flour

2 cups of almond flour

1 TBSP of cinnamon

1/2 tsp of ginger

1/2 tsp of salt




    Wet ingredients



1/2 cup of almond milk

1 egg

1 tsp of  vanilla

Put wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls. Then combine wet and dry ingredients and stir. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 12 minutes, then take out and eat!
