10 day Crossfit work out level 2 for kids in adults!



Day 1. 20 jumping jacks and 10 push-ups (2 rounds)

Day 2. sprint 200 meters 10 push-ups (2 rounds)

Day 3. run 1/4 mile and do 25 jumping jacks (2 rounds)

Day 4. do 10 push-ups and 10 air squats (3 rounds)

Day 5. rest day

Day. 6 run 1/4 mile and do 15 push-ups (2 rounds)

Day. 7 do 25 jumping jacks and 10 push-ups (3 rounds)

Day. 8 do 10 sit-ups and 30 jumping jacks (3 rounds)

Day. 9 run 1/4 mile and do 10 air squats (3 rounds)

Day. 10 do 10 push-ups and 30 jumping jacks (3 rounds)
